Shipping Policy
At Custom MDF Cabinet Doors, we strive to ensure that your custom orders are processed, produced, and delivered in a timely manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policies below.
Processing Time
- All custom orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order is placed, it will go into production, and you will receive a notification once the production phase is complete and your order is ready for shipment.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed on a Friday may begin processing the following Monday.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order. We partner with FedEx and UPS to ensure reliable and affordable shipping across the United States.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated shipping times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time. Orders may take additional time during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather delays or carrier issues).
Custom Orders & Packaging
- As all our doors are custom-made, the weight and dimensions of your package will vary. We ensure that your doors are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on the size and quantity of the items.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery. You can track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.
Shipping Damages
We take great care in packaging your items, but accidents may happen. If your product arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at [insert email/phone number].
- Include photos of the damaged package and items, and we will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement.
Shipping Changes & Address Errors
- If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.
